The katsu was crispy yet tender, and I really appreciate that they make their kimchi in-house, as it was fresh and perfectly spicy! " I was surprised to find such a gem in Whitecourt! During my visit, I had the spicy seafood noodle soup and it was stunning. Full of flavor and with the right amount of spice, it warmed me up instantly. The sushi was served with a beautiful presentation and the taste echoed the quality of what I’ve had in higher-end sushi spots. " I cannot say enough good things about Soban! We decided to celebrate a family occasion here, and right from the time we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. The sushi selection was extensive and the freshness was evident in every bite. Additionally, I found the bulgogi to be incredibly tasty, seasoned to perfection. The restaurant has a quaint atmosphere that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Our server was attentive, refilling our drinks without us even having to ask!
